Privacy Policy
How we handle personal data sent through the contact form. No tracking cookies, cookieless analytics.

1. Data controller
The controller of your personal data is Paweł Raja Consulting, Tax ID (NIP) 8982044232, Business ID (REGON) 021177104 (the “Operator” / “Controller”), contact: pawel.raja@urvis.bike.
For any matter regarding the protection of your personal data, you can reach the controller at the e-mail address above.
2. What data we collect
We process only the data you choose to provide via the contact form or by e-mail:
- the name you enter in the form,
- your e-mail address,
- the message content and, optionally, the package/service your enquiry relates to.
We do not collect special categories of data and we never ask for information that is not needed to answer your enquiry.
3. Purpose and legal basis
- Answering your enquiry and preparing a quote - Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in handling correspondence).
- Establishing, exercising or defending legal claims - Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. Recipients and processors
Data may be entrusted to trusted service providers acting on our behalf:
- our hosting and infrastructure provider (Vercel Inc.),
- the provider that delivers form e-mails (Resend, Inc.).
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, the transfer relies on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
5. Retention period
We keep correspondence data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and then for the period in which related claims may be raised. After that, the data is deleted or anonymised.
6. Analytics and cookies
The site uses no tracking or marketing cookies. For visit statistics we use Vercel Analytics, which works without cookies and does not identify individual users. See the Cookie Policy for details.
7. Your rights
In connection with the processing of your data you have the right to:
- access your data and obtain a copy,
- rectify (correct) your data,
- erase your data,
- restrict processing,
- object to processing based on legitimate interest,
- data portability,
- lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).
8. Voluntariness and automated decisions
Providing your data is voluntary but necessary to answer your enquiry. Your data is not used for automated decision-making or profiling.
