Terms of Service

Rules for using the site and the free contact-form service. The site is informational/portfolio in nature.

Last updated: 15 June 2026

§1. General provisions

The site operator is Paweł Raja Consulting, Tax ID (NIP) 8982044232, Business ID (REGON) 021177104 (the “Operator” / “Controller”), contact: pawel.raja@urvis.bike.

These Terms set out the rules for using the website available at https://proverb.pl (the “Site”).

§2. Nature of the Site and scope of services

The Site is informational and presents the Operator's portfolio and offering of software development and consulting services.

The Site is not an online shop - it does not allow concluding sales contracts or making online payments. Actual services are provided under separate, individual agreements concluded outside the Site.

§3. Contact-form service

The Operator provides, by electronic means, a free service allowing you to send an enquiry via the contact form. The service is one-off and ends once the message is sent or you stop using the form.

Using the form is voluntary and requires a name and e-mail address so that a reply can be sent.

§4. Technical requirements

To use the Site you need:

  • a device with internet access,
  • a current web browser with JavaScript enabled,
  • an active e-mail account (to receive a reply).

§5. Rules of use

You must use the Site in accordance with the law and good practice, and must not provide any unlawful content.

§6. Intellectual property

The content, code, designs and materials presented on the Site are protected and belong to the Operator or are used under appropriate rights. Copying or using them without consent is prohibited.

§7. Complaints

Complaints about the Site or the contact-form service can be sent to pawel.raja@urvis.bike. We handle complaints within 14 days of receipt and reply to the e-mail address provided.

§8. Out-of-court dispute resolution

A consumer may use out-of-court means of handling complaints and pursuing claims, including the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

§9. Final provisions

Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means.

The Operator may change these Terms for important reasons; changes take effect when published on the Site and do not affect services already performed.

These Terms are effective from the date shown as the update date above.
